Job Description

Formulate and execute effective business plans, strategies, and objectives to drive company performance and growth. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth processes, profitability, and adherence to company standards. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Provide strong leadership to departmental heads and staff, fostering teamwork and high productivity. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal governance policies. Identify potential markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships to expand company presence. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and updates for senior management or the Board of Directors. Promote innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across all departments. Handle critical business issues and make sound decisions in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or related field. MBA is an added advantage. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing multiple departments. Solid knowledge of business operations, financial planning, P&L management, and business growth strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business-related software tools.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
