The General Manager will be reporting to the Director and is responsible to manage the team and oversee sales projects & processes along while spearheading growth initiatives within the property development.Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
Team Management: Lead a team to achieve business objectives related to revenue and profitability through setting goals, performance reviews, and monitoring via KPIs.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Department to strategies, plan, monitor, and review the Business Plan during weekly meetings.
Market Analysis: Continuously assess market and economic conditions to identify potential impacts on the business, taking appropriate actions to seize opportunities and mitigate losses through feasibility studies. To collate, analyse & manage research information related to Company\'s special projects and events in various area.
Operations Compliance: Ensure business operations and processes comply with company policies and risk management protocols to prevent structural defects leading to losses.
Approval Management: Secure and adhere to the necessary levels of management approvals for business plans, operations, decisions, and budgets.
Communication: Provide relevant information and feedback to/from staff regarding company policies, business directions and performance. Develop and maintain close liaison with government bodies, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Vendor Oversight: Periodically review and monitor the performance of business vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
Financial Monitoring: Monitor monthly sales, construction progress, and collections to ensure adequate cash flow.
Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports on the business\'s position regarding sales, revenue, and profitability.
Brand Building: Enhance the business\'s long-term prospects through effective product and project positioning, delivering high-quality and timely products and services, innovative product designs, efficient services, and premium pricing

Candidate must possess at least a Degree preferably in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
With at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the Real Estate or Property industry.
