This well-established organisation is recruiting for a General Manager - Integrity job to lead the integrity and compliance department.

About the General Manager - Integrity
You will be responsible in assisting the business unit to meet their objectives and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing integrity awareness plans and ensuring compliance to the systems, procedures and policies
• Checking and verifying information regarding fraud and corruption from sources
• Preparing a summary report to be submitted to relevant external and/or internal parties
• Strategising, developing and implementing the Integrity framework and ensure it is effective to raise the level of integrity among the staff
• Identifying weaknesses and strengthen existing systems, procedures, and regulations

To succeed in this General Manager - Integrity role, you must have at least over 10 years of working experience in the integrity and compliance field.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Economics or Finance
• Experience working in a large organisation and has been involved in change management
• Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
• Resilient and a change management mindset
