We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our project acquisition efforts and act as a pivotal bridge between our developers, management team, and agents. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the property industry and will be instrumental in guiding our agency through various aspects of business operations, ensuring the effective management of new launch projects and the overall success of the agency. Key Responsibilities Oversee project acquisition processes, including the study and evaluation of new launch projects for our agents. Act as a liaison between developers, the management team and agents, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. Understand and manage the interdepartmental dynamics, acting as a bridge to ensure cohesive functioning across the company. Play a crucial role in strategic planning and decision-making, with a focus on understanding the overall business of the agency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering an environment of growth and excellence. Requirements: A degree in Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Business Study, or a property-related discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the property industry, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property development processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
