Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and commercialization of green building materials for enhanced sustainability.
- Provide technical expertise in building materials to ensure innovation, product quality, and market readiness.
- Leverage a strong network of architects, engineers, contractors and developers to increase market penetration and business growth.
- Focus on expanding opportunities in the ASEAN region.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team across R&D, production and sales to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
- Manage overall P&L ensuring sound budget management and cost control.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and drive overall company success.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience building materials industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate team to achieve targets.
- Strong connections with architects, engineers, contractors and developers within the building and construction industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for business development especially within ASEAN region.
- Passionate about sustainable building solutions and promoting eco-friendly materials.
