Inviting credible leaders to fill the shoes of the General Manager; to exercise a compelling leadership style, in steering our client to meet its organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• To identify and develop business opportunities, establish partnerships, as well as maintain long term business relationships with existing and potential customers.
• To develop the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business plan, be responsible for the achievement of Sales targets
• To effectively manage the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business and operation; ensuring best practices are followed, costs are controlled, maximum revenue generated and increase the market value of the organisation.
• To supervise all staffs, either directly or indirectly through senior staffs.
• To keep abreast with latest regulations and changes in business environment, to facilitate changes in business development offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field, preferably in Engineering discipline
• Minimum 15 years of related working experiences, at least 5 years of senior management roles and a minimum experience of 3 years in Construction and/or Telecomunication.
• Considerable knowledge of the theory, principle and techniques of construction and/or Telecommunication business and operation.
• Considerable knowledge of federal law, ordinances and codes pertaining to a wide variety of construction safety topics
• Considerable knowledge of the principles of budgeting and finance
• Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills, in dealing with customers, contractors and manufacturers both local and foreign.
• Relevant working knowledge in Construction and Telecom business, product and services ranges
• Analytic and able to recognise opportunities for business expansion
