To identify and develop business opportunities, establish partnerships, as well as maintain long term business relationships with existing and potential customers.
To develop the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business plan, be responsible for the achievement of Sales targets
To effectively manage the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business and operation; ensuring best practices are followed, costs are controlled, maximum revenue generated and increase the market value of the organisation.
To supervise all staffs, either directly or indirectly through senior staffs.
To keep abreast with latest regulations and changes in business environment, to facilitate changes in business development offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field, preferably in Engineering discipline
Minimum 15 years of related working experiences, at least 5 years of senior management roles and a minimum experience of 3 years in Construction and/or Telecomunication.
Considerable knowledge of the theory, principle and techniques of construction and/or Telecommunication business and operation.
Considerable knowledge of federal law, ordinances and codes pertaining to a wide variety of construction safety topics
Considerable knowledge of the principles of budgeting and finance
Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills, in dealing with customers, contractors and manufacturers both local and foreign.
Relevant working knowledge in Construction and Telecom business, product and services ranges
Analytic and able to recognise opportunities for business expansion
