Objectives of this Role:

- Spearhead the successful launch of a captivating series of Mummys Market Exhibitions in Malaysia, marking the initial phase before expanding into retail, e-commerce, and marketing agency operations.

- Based on the CEO\'s vision, oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads based in Singapore HQ- Build and develop a high-performing mid-management team and executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

- Communicate with department heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organizational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

- Identify gaps, improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Seek business and commercial opportunities within the organizational ecosystem to grow the business in revenue and market share

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimally 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Organized and experience in coordinating and working with multiple teams and departments

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Extremely versatile and personable, building relationships with key stakeholders

- Keen opportunist with a nimble business mind to development and execute creative solutions

- Ability to demonstrate structured thought processes and critical thinking skills

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

- Proven success in a project coordation or project management role

- Experience in consumer exhibitions (bonus qualification)

Responsibilities

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives.

  • Set sales and marketing targets and monitor performance against those targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for SG HQ, highlighting sales and marketing performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sales and marketing and identify opportunities to leverage them for business growth.
