Build an excellent service culture and create memorable customer experience.
Implementation of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s service strategy and initiatives with the objective of exceeding customer expectations, increasing profit and market share.
Work with Board of Directors to manage all sales activities of the properties and meet revenue objectives.
Identify and seek out potential business in local market. Maintain relationships with local companies and key people to increase visibility within the local market.
Coordinate and implement sales and marketing activities of the property.
Analyse sales figures, devise and implement marketing and revenue management strategies.
Attract and select talent, coach and develop teams, engage and align people to achieve business objectives.
Oversee and manage the divisions/departments within the company to achieve team goals.
Manage the hotel\'s branding, public relations and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Hospitality Management or related qualification.
At least five (5) years of proven hotel operations leadership experience with a capability for strategic decision making and demonstrated financial business acumen.
Demonstrated success and leadership in the areas of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, employee satisfaction, revenue and profit.
Familiar in playing a strategic role and experienced in marketing and planning.
Have excellent organizational, influencing and communication skills.
