KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS To implement strategies and policies determined by the CEO & Board Management. To ensure the hospital complies with all regulatory requirements. To plan, organize, monitor, lead and co-ordinate the Hospital\xe2\x80\x99s overall day to day operations. To ensure all resources are utilized effectively and efficiently. To formulate, propose and implement the Clinic & ACC\xe2\x80\x99s business plans. To identify growth opportunities and implement expansion programs for the Hospital. To monitor and review all contracts of the Clinic & ACC and advice the Board accordingly. FINANCE/ACCOUNT To supervise and review the accounting systems to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policy. To prepare the Annual Budget for the Board\xe2\x80\x99s approval To be accountable for the operational and profit goals To prepare and submit financial and management reports on a timely basis To ensure that payments to authorities are paid on time. To monitor and review all purchases as per Clinic & ACC policy To ensure that stocks are managed efficiently and effectively CONSULTANTS AFFAIRS To consistently monitor implementations for all agreements and policies related to consultants To liaise with the Medical Director on all matters pertaining to medical/clinical services and consultants QUALITY ASSURANCE / CUSTOMER SERVICES To promote a culture of service that exceeds the expectation of customers and consultants To be responsible for quality assurance initiatives at the Clinic & ACC. TALENT MANAGEMENT To advise and/or approve on the recruitment, transfer, promotion, disciplinary action and termination of staff based on the established policies To cultivate professionalism, integrity, diligence and humane care in delivery of services To manage staff professionally, effectively and efficiently To assess the training needs of staff, plan and implement training programs accordingly RISK MANAGEMENT To be responsible for safe-keeping of all-important documents To safeguard and secure all assets of the hospital from misappropriation and damage To ensure that all assets meet safety and occupational standards requirements and are adequately covered To take all reasonable measures to protect the Clinic & ACC, staff and Board members from legal suit The company involve in healthcare industry and our mission is to be successful and leading in this industry.
