General Manager (malamet Smelting)
Job Description
1- Responsible for overall plant operations focusing on planning, production output, supply chain, quality, capacity target and engineering. 2- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the overall business strategy in line with regulatory requirements. 3- lead the operations division and manage a team of managers and supervisors across various functions 4- Plan and drive CAPEX to align with corporate and business direction and manage profit & lost (P&L), overhead management, operating cash flow, budgeting and cost control. 5- Maintain the KPIs and ensure implementation of group\'s mission, vision and core values. 6- Perform additional duties & task to be assigned by the top management
