Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with multinational organization who is well established in the field of manufacturing. Our respected client is seeking for a General Manager with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Job summary
The ideal candidate will oversee the overall operations and performance of the company including day-to-day operations, ensure employees goal completion, and accomplish your own goals.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives.
• Oversee production activities to ensure all projects meet delivery timeline.
• Monitor material planning and manufacturing costs to maximise profits.
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill area.
• Ensure health and safety regulations in the company are complied.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 years proven success in a General Manager role.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Good organization and time-management.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• In dept knowledge of metal fabrication industry.
• Computer literate
