General Manager (food industry) Job Responsibility * Plan and manage the operations of the central kitchen divisions to achieve customer satisfaction \xef\xbc\x8censure procedure and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. * Planing and manage canteen operations in the front and back of the house. * Achieve established individual sales goals and assist team in achieving departmental booking goals. * Manage and monitor daily operational duties including creating and maintaining department budget. * Provide inspired leadership company-wide. * Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. * Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan. * Act as the primary spokesperson for the company. * Develop the company culture and overall company vision. * Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. * Oversee the company finance activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. * Work with company owner and other executives. * Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. * Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. * Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. * Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company. * Work closely with all departments on daily operations in the Company. Job Requirements * Good command in Mandarin,Malay and English * 5-10 years of experience in a senior management position in the F&B industry. * Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. * Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce. * Understanding of financial and personnel management. * Experience with corporate governance. * Proven negotiation skills. * Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions. * Ability to inspire confidence and create trust. * Ability to
