Open Position: General Manager, Operations and Sales (Regional Precision Manufacturing Company)
A Regional Precision Manufacturing Company is looking for General Manager to lead the business in Johor, including one manufacturing plant.
Key requirements include:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the P&L of the plant and continuous process improvement to achieve cost savings.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee production, procurement, planning, warehousing, engineering and quality.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and move strategy to grow profitability and meet financial goals.
\xc2\xb7 Build new relationships with clients and maintain relationship with current clients.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the Sales team in the country.
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with regional plants for semi finished goods to the countries.
\xc2\xb7 Strong Engineering background, especially in precision manufacturing and customizable products (foam and elastomer)
\xc2\xb7 Strong consumer products market knowledge.
\xc2\xb7 Possess strong business acumen.
\xc2\xb7 More than 15 years in Manufacturing background.
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering.
