A leading plantation company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager, Plantation to lead and manage the entire plantation operations; be a strategic thinker with a track record of achieving results in a dynamic and competitive business environment; responsible for optimizing the growth and profitability of the division, and ensuring that the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability are met. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize all aspects of the plantation division, including production, harvesting, processing, and distribution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the plantation division.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the plantation division.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability are met.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the plantation division, and develop plans to optimize profitability.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the plantation/agriculture industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex and dynamic business environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment governing the plantation/agriculture industry, including food safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month Benefits:
