Description :
- Responsible for day to day factory operation & handling of precast projects.
- Identify and resolve issues/conflicts among production teams.
- To ensure the sub-contractors performance & quality are in line with the Company standard & requirement.
- To lead & ensure all works standard are in compliance with the Company Quality Standard.
- Works closely with clients representative & consultants for effective resolution of production matters.
- To ensure the production are according to the predetermined schedule & make revision if need arises.
- Ensure timely preparation of multiple production reports on monthly basis.
- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing / Construction field.
- Knowledge in Precast Industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability & problem solving aptitude.
- Outstanding organizational & leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills
