The General Manager will be leading the property development division for a major residential project in Malaysia
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning: Formulate and execute divisional business plans aligned with corporate strategy. Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and develop pricing and phasing strategies to maximize ROI.
Project Development & Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle-from concept and design through construction and handover-ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Financial Management: Hold full P&L responsibility, manage budgets, cash flow, and capital expenditure. Implement cost control measures and optimize revenue through effective pricing and inventory management.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Excellence: Provide strategic direction to sales and marketing teams, ensuring strong branding, effective campaigns, and exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey.
Operations & Team Leadership: Establish and lead the local office, build a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary representative with authorities, partners, and community leaders, fostering positive relationships and smooth project execution
Lead a Major Residental DevelopmentFinancial Management of The Project
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Minimum 15 years in property development or construction project management, with full P&L responsibility.
Strong technical knowledge of construction, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
