Regent Kuala Lumpur will set a new standard in luxury hospitality with 280 elegantly designed rooms and suites, featuring five exceptional dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, Japanese omakase, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and a high-vantage bar with stunning city views. Guests will enjoy a spa, outdoor pool, gym, Regent Club Lounge, and a business center, along with 1,200 sqm of event space, including a grand ballroom for up to 500 guests. The hotel will be ideally located next to the Tun Razak Exchange, the future financial hub of Kuala Lumpur, seamlessly extending the city's renowned Golden Triangle-home to premier commercial, shopping, and entertainment destinations. Just a 45-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Regent Kuala Lumpur is set to redefine luxury in the heart of Malaysia's capital.
A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Leading all aspects of operational activities of the hotel.
• Developing creative ideas to drive local and international visitors to the hotel.
• Drive F&B revenue to achieve ROI.
• Recruiting, leading, managing and motivating a strong team, upskilling, recruiting, measuring and managing performance.
• Prioritising relationships with owners, guests and external contacts such as current and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers and local communities.

What we'd like from you:

• Seasoned ultra-luxury General Manager experienced in Pre-Opening hotel operations in Asia.
• Strong Food & Beverage background
• Strong financial acumen with proven results.
• Experience working in Asia and/or Malaysia with a strong geographical knowledge.
• Fluency in English. Other languages preferred.
