• Strategic Growth: Drive the mall's strategic direction, focusing on revenue growth, tenant success, and creating a premier shopping destination.
• Leasing & Tenant Relations: Lead leasing initiatives to secure and maintain an optimal tenant mix, fostering long-term tenant relationships and satisfaction.
• Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase footfall, brand visibility, and overall sales performance.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of mall operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, including security, maintenance, and customer experience.
• Financial Leadership: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

• Proven experience in shopping mall management within the Malaysian market, with an in-depth understanding of local trends and customer preferences.
