JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:


Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Perform tasks required on the line, including assembling components, handling materials, and finishing works. Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards. Load and unload materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, conveyors, or trucks manually or using material handling equipment. Complete production and quality logs, maintain accurate records of work performed and report production metrics as required. Adhere to safety regulations and wear protective equipment as required. Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machinery and disposing of waste materials properly. Perform overtime over the weekend and public holiday when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent. Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery. Ability to carry physical works. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy). This role required you to work on rotating shifts. * Able to work overtime (if required).
