General Technician
Job Description
Scope Of Work
Perform general repairs, fabricates, installations, operations and preventive maintenance duties in regards to:-
electrical
mechanical
air conditioning
fire protection
carpentry
plumbing
painting
kitchen equipment
steam
sound and other associated systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Top priority jobs classified as:
Fire hazard, life hazard, property damage, water floating, guest's complaints etc, in relations to interruption in providing smooth business operation.
Record down every job attended for the day in the log book for Hotel Manager/Operations Manager regular check and for record keeping.
Attend complaints with repairs and maintenance orders or urgent top priority jobs through phone calls from other department pertaining to guest complaints without delay.
Monitoring of Daikin AC panel on daily basis
Regular checks on basement pumps and Genset diesel level on daily basis
Ensure preventive maintenance are scheduled on monthly or quarterly basis
Work address: Loop on Leith Hotel, Georgetown, Penang
Qualification:
Diploma & above
