Requirements

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, implementing effective repair solutions.
• Manage and maintain the club's facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for members and staff.
• Execute woodworking and painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the club's premises.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address urgent issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on all club facilities, including swimming pools, equipment, buildings, and grounds, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Execute carpentry, painting, and general repairs to maintain the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the club's buildings and facilities.
• Manage and maintain the swimming pool's water quality, including chemical balancing, filtration system maintenance, and regular testing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address member concerns related to facility issues, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including detailed logs of equipment performance and service history.
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to the required standards and within budget.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and facilities for club events and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
