-CONDUCT GENERAK CHORES SUCH AS PREPARATORY OF ELEMENTARY TASKS AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE -PERFORM CLEANING JOBS AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE -COMPLY WITH HEALTH AND SAFELY REGULATIONS WHEN OPERATING EQUIPMENT OR ON DUTY ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

In 2012, Coramax launched its high profile integrated project \xe2\x80\x9cVivacity\xe2\x80\x9d at Jalan Wan Alwi, Kuching. Phase 1 of Vivacitywill house the largest shopping mall in Sarawak \xe2\x80\x9cVivacity Megamall\xe2\x80\x9d with a Gross Floor Area of 1,300,000 s.f. and on top of the mall stands \xe2\x80\x9cThe Jazz Suites\xe2\x80\x9d which comprises 672 units of high end condominium housed in 4 blocks. Vivacity Megamall is slated to open for business in Q3, 2015 and Jazz Suites are expected to be delivered to purchasers in 2016.
