Transporter Managing transportation arrangement for Managing Partner, Partner, Executive Director, Director and other management team on the following occasions:- 1. Movement from individual accommodation to principal office place, 2. Respective Meeting Venue which may be determine from time to time depending on requirement, 3. Travel and stay outstation depending on meeting schedule and needs. *The above are subject to official and non-official matter. Back up service for others as follows: - 1. Document Handling - Assist on document handling (delivery and collection), banking matter, bills payment and other related work as and when necessary. 2. Purchasing - Assist in making immediate purchase as and when require. 3. Maintenance - Assist in office maintenance matter where necessary. 4. Special Project - Assist in handling firm special project that being assign to Shared Service Department. 5.Meeting, Training and Firm Event - Assist in setting of meeting, training, firm event and sports and recreational event includes venue, equipment, infrastructure and other related matter.
