Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 ensure safety and hygiene are maintained at all times; require to wear protective gloves, hair net, face mask and disposable aprons and cover shoes during handling the printing process. \xe2\x80\xa2 ensure the utensils, packing materials and surface area during manual packing process are clean, and dry. \xe2\x80\xa2 ensure the weight are matched with the product specification and ensure batch number for the stick/sachet packed is match with the outer bag. \xe2\x80\xa2 ensure the quantity of the sachet and stick packed are according to the product label. \xe2\x80\xa2 keep the product packed into the container before sealing and final packing. \xe2\x80\xa2 check the product completely sealed to prevent leakage or any other possible contaminants. \xe2\x80\xa2 pack the ready packed product into the carton according to the production order and seal the carton after completing the sealing of the packaging. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all equipment, machines and utensils used are clean and store properly. \xe2\x80\xa2 ensure the production premise is clean and tide. \xe2\x80\xa2 take on any ad-hoc task assigned by Management.
