Responsible for quality service day-to-day engineering operations.
Good cooperation and not discriminating, culture, race, ethnicity.
To carry out daily routine checks on the building common areas and service areas.
To carry out daily walkabout inspection around the building and defects rectification works.
Follow up on the outstanding defects to minimize the operation down time.
Requirement:-
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
Basic M&E/ ELV/ACMV certificate
Knowledge in troubleshoot on M&E/ ELV/ ACMV defects
Able to work on shift
