Job Description

1 Perform preventive maintenance work on maintaining building and site facilities. 2 Repair cracked walkway and planter box. 3 Repaint faded paint structures, logos, incense burners and road curbs. 4 Repair and clean clogged berm drain, drainage and culvert. 5 Monitor properties of site and report any damage or faulty to supervisor for actions. 6 Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs to the lawn care equipment and tools. 7 Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and to be aware of any company-related practices. 8 Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
