Job Description

What you'll be doing:

1. Production & Assembly Support

Assist technicians and operators with basic production tasks (e.g., preparing materials, positioning parts, simple assembly). Carry semi-finished or finished components between workstations. Support deburring, cleaning, and simple part handling under supervision.

2. Housekeeping & Workplace Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and common spaces. Ensure walkways, workstations, and storage areas are organized and free of hazards (5S compliance).

3. Material Handling

Receive, store, and arrange materials or components according to instructions. Assist in packing, labeling, and moving aerospace parts carefully to avoid damage. Handle waste disposal and metal scrap collection following company procedures.

4. Tools, Equipment & Safety Compliance

Ensure tools and basic equipment are clean and returned to the designated area after use. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and aerospace workplace standards. Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents to supervisors immediately.

5. Support Quality & Inspection Activities

Assist inspectors by preparing parts, arranging items, or transporting components to inspection areas. Perform basic visual checks (e.g., surface defects, cleanliness) as guided by the supervisor.

6. Ad-hoc Tasks

Support any production, maintenance, and logistic activities based on operational needs. Perform additional duties assigned by the production supervisor or engineering team.
