Job Description

You will act as a point of contact for Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) and diagnostic shaping activities with strategic stakeholders, fostering partnerships for the development of Molecular Tumour Boards (MTB). You will support CGP access solutions, diagnostic/bio-marker testing landscape shaping, real-world data collection, digital pathology, and data science initiatives, collaborating with Medical, IT, and DIA experts as required.

• Utilise expertise in diagnostic methods, including IHC, FISH, SISH, biomarkers, NGS/CGP/molecular diagnosis, FMI, and liquid biopsy, along with digital health, to keep the organisation updated on developments in this area and the competitive landscape.
• Act as the main point of contact for NGS/FMI products and solutions, maximise patient value and enhancing customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and other cross functional teams to identify customer needs in CGP and co-create solutions that benefit patients.
• Support cross functional teams by providing CGP expertise, acting as a thought partner, and fostering aligned and coordinated actions.
• Collaborate with diagnostic division on joint initiatives for patient identification and testing in oncology. -Aid in selecting clinical trial centres and RWD collections while maintaining regular contacts with investigators, providing insights to the medical team as necessary.
• Assist marketeers in IIS proposals for GCP/NGS-related

• Degree or higher in the field of molecular/genomic testing.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
• Knowledgeable in data science, real-world data, digital health, value-based healthcare, disease area expertise (particularly in oncology), genomic profiling, and diagnostics.
• Skillful in molecular/genomic testing communication, stakeholder engagement, shaping the testing environment, integrated evidence planning, and ethical compliance.
• System thinker and deep listener with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and formulating strategies.
• Business acumen with expertise in commercialisation, medical, and customer experience excellence.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and digital tools.
• Fluent in English.
