• Monthly Salary + Monthly Bonus + Cleanliness Bonus + Individual Performance Bonus + Team Performance Service Fee = RM3000.00 - RM3200.00 +++
• Monthly Salary (??): RM2500.00.
• Monthly Bonus (??): RM400.00. If the store is not scheduled to work on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, the bonus is received directly.
• Cleanliness Bonus (??????): RM200.00. If there are no hygiene issues reported by colleagues, IT is received directly.
• Individual Performance Bonus (???????): RM200.00 to RM450.00. Awarded based on individual learning ability, conduct, hygiene, and most importantly, sales ability.
• Team Performance Service Fee (???????): Based on individual sales performance, team sales, and exceeding targets. (Details will be explained in person) As a helper to our team - Level 1 minimum requires 2 and above.

• Health Bonus (???): For colleagues who have not taken sick leave for a year, they will receive a health bonus. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 - RM300.00 based on individual sales.
• Attendance Bonus (???): For colleagues who have not taken rest days on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays for a year, they will receive an attendance bonus. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 - RM300.00 based on individual sales.
• Annual Leave Exchange (????): For annual leave not taken (annual, official, and public holidays) - you can convert it to cash within the first 7 days of April. Calculation of cash exchange: Base/26 days x Number of unused leave days = Cash convertible amount. Conversion of sick leave days: LEVEL 1 = RM5.00 per day, LEVEL 2 = RM30.00 per day, LEVEL 3 = RM60.00 per day.
• Hygiene Bonus (???): For colleagues who have not received any complaints from customers for a year, they will receive a hygiene bonus. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 - RM300.00 based on individual sales.

Responsibilities
Job Details (????)

• Job Position (????): Sales Assistant. No cooking required, only sales work.
• Work Location (????): GENTING HIGHLAND. We have 7 to 10 outlets there.
• Work Hours (????): Rotating 9-hour shift (10am-7pm / 1pm-10pm), 1-hour meal break.
• Accommodation (????): YUEN FONG - GENTING PERMAI.
• Accommodation Details (????): Includes water heater, kitchen, shared room for males and females (two people per room), locals preferred.
• Age Requirement (????): 18-50 years old. If you have experience, we can consider candidates over 50.
• Meals Provided (????): 1 meal (standard noodles/porridge).
