About the job German Team Lead - Integration & Validation The Company Our clients are experts in the development of vehicles, production plants and the optimization of processes. The Role The Team Lead for Integration and Validation is responsible for leading and managing a team of Integration and Validation engineers, ensuring the seamless integration and testing of new products and features, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers. Position Responsibilities You will be responsible for and manage the development and expansion of the Global Delivery I&V site Malaysia. You take over the disciplinary responsibility for the training, leadership and further development of the employees on site with the focus on building up a competence site You will be in close communication with all I&V sites worldwide to ensure the utilization of their staff and to build a new E/E network at the site. You are responsible for fiscal year planning, monitoring and ensuring defined KPI\'s and derive necessary corrective actions. You maintain an intensive personal contact with your employees. Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the testing teams. Direct the development of the testing strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the testing team in areas of automated testing and agile testing. Work with managers, Development managers and the Software Development Director to develop and execute department strategies to meet and exceed corporate quality goals. Position Qualification Bachelor\'s or masters degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field At least 10 years of experience in software integration and validation, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals. You have sound management experience, preferably in the automotive sector, with strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, and experience with validation tools and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks proactively. Work Environment: Team Lead for Integration and Validation will typically work in an office environment but may need to travel occasionally to visit subsidiary or customers.
