The Penang GFIT team is a key development hub that provides world class application development and solutions with cutting edge technology. About the role - you will:

Work closely with highly skilled developer and motivated multi-site Agile team on the project assigned Involved in development, implementation and support applications for Seagate manufacturing and R&D facilities Develop well designed, testable, efficient code by using industry standard software development practices Collaboration among team members, Scrum Master and Product Owner

About you:

Research and hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) in the software industry, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and tools. Enthusiastic and collaborative, Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong analytical and debugging skills A successful candidate should have strong teamwork qualities as well as communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Your experience includes:

Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Proficiency programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS Familiar with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, .NET C#, PL/SQL, Javascript, Angular, Python, Microservices Adequate knowledge of relational database systems. Preferably Microsoft SQL or Oracle SQL
