Job Description

The GIAM Compliance Monitoring Technology Specialist (C05) is an entry level role responsible on performing review and reconciliation of security administrative changes on different systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze audit report to reconcile account maintenance activities

Review and analyze other type of activity such as login violation

Review and analyze Privileged ID Activity Review (PIDAR)

Identify and escalate potential security incident

Identify and raise Privileged ID Activity Review (PIDAR) concerns back to the Privileged User before performing an investigation if necessary

Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and basic analysis, escalate issues as appropriate.

Security configuration changes identification and analyzing

Interact with multiple stakeholders and experts from within or outside of GIAM to address discrepancies or compliance issues

Creating or updating Application Process Control Manual

Validate audit log content to meet predefined policy

Understand Citigroup\'s information security policy, standards, and guidelines
