Our store offers a curated mix of locally inspired souvenirs, thoughtful gifts, and unique collectibles designed to bring joy to both travelers and locals alike.

As part of our growing retail family, we are looking for passionate and energetic individuals who love design, culture, and storytelling through products to join us in spreading the spirit of joy.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm, offering a memorable and engaging shopping experience. Share product stories and help customers choose the perfect souvenir or gift. Introduce new arrivals, highlight popular items, and actively drive sales to meet daily and monthly goals. Keep the store looking inviting -- ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing. Assist in unpacking, organizing, and labeling new stocks or replenishments. Operate the POS system for sales transactions, handle cash or card payments, and process vouchers. Prepare customer purchases with care -- from packaging to gift wrapping -- ensuring a delightful presentation. Support in maintaining store cleanliness and following visual merchandising standards. Build lasting relationships with returning customers and engage positively with both locals and tourists. Work closely with the Store Manager and teammates to create a fun, efficient, and customer-first retail space.

Friendly, approachable, and love interacting with people from all walks of life. Passionate about souvenirs, gifts, and storytelling through products. Confident in recommending products and helping customers find what they love. Motivated by sales targets but always focused on delivering great service. Reliable, responsible, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Organized and attentive to detail -- you take pride in keeping things neat and visually appealing. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting and available on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Passion for gifts, souvenirs, and lifestyle products. Good communication skills in

English

Mandarin

and

BM

are a plus. Responsible, proactive, and cheerful team player. Self-motivated with a strong interest in sales and customer service. Retail experience is an advantage, but

fresh graduates are welcome

. Able to work in Chinatown, with own transport preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
