What You'll Be Doing

Set the tone for delight -- welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a touch of charm, ensuring locals and tourists alike enjoy their visit. Be our brand storyteller -- share product inspirations, artisan origins, cultural highlights, and help customers discover the perfect gift or keepsake. Drive sales performance -- guide the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through excellent service, upselling, and smart product suggestions. Keep the store beautiful -- maintain a high visual standard with well-stocked shelves, thoughtful displays, and a cozy, curated shopping atmosphere. Lead operations smoothly -- oversee inventory movement, unpack and organize new arrivals, manage stock levels, and ensure products are clearly labeled. Manage the cash register efficiently -- supervise POS operations, review daily sales reports, and ensure accuracy in transactions. Oversee store presentation -- ensure gift packaging and wrapping are done with care and style, reflecting our brand's thoughtful and premium approach. Build a passionate and supportive team -- train, motivate, and mentor staff so everyone grows, learns, and enjoys their work environment. Keep standards high -- ensure store cleanliness, adherence to SOPs, and consistent visual merchandising execution. Create memorable customer relationships -- encourage meaningful interactions, repeat visits, and positive word-of-mouth. Handle schedules, performance, and staff planning -- make sure the store runs smoothly each day with proper manpower and workflow. Coordinate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal displays -- bring excitement and fresh ideas into the space. Protect store assets -- be responsible for security, stock accuracy, and resolving issues calmly and professionally. Work closely with management on reporting, stock planning, and store improvements -- always striving to elevate the retail experience.

Confident in recommending products and helping customers find what they love. Motivated by sales targets but always focused on delivering great service. Reliable, responsible, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Organized and attentive to detail -- you take pride in keeping things neat and visually appealing. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting and available on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Passion for gifts, souvenirs, and lifestyle products. Good communication skills in

English

Mandarin

and

BM

are a plus. Responsible, proactive, and cheerful team player. Self-motivated with a strong interest in sales and customer service. Retail experience with leadership role is an advantage. Able to work in Chinatown, with own transport preferred.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
