Global Business Support Analyst – Data Analyst

Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangors:
- Conduct and build Business Intelligence reports and analyses
- Aid in the seamless integration of new reporting projects into service, ensuring the availability of necessary supporting documentation.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to address any technical issues affecting services.
- Undertake any spontaneous activities or projects related to the support of our services.
- Engage in initiatives to enhance the automation of services.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in a technical IT discipline/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably candidate with working experience of 2-3 years in similar role/scope.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Independent and can also work well in a team.
- Support call centre or similar customer-facing experience.
