Our company\'s Areas of practice Offices, located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes.

The Global Card Administrator Senior Specialist is accountable and responsible for the delivery and execution of the Card Administration processes for all markets that the Cards, Meetings and Expense area supports globally.

The Global Card Administrator Senior Specialist performs controls that are in line with all company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines related to Card, Payment and Expense.

and Primary Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the card administration services for all applicable markets globally.

Scope of position includes handling and resolving internal and external stakeholder requests pertaining to our company\xe2\x80\x99s internal card onboarding process, delinquency, and termination monitoring process.

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of any Card, Payment and Expense related processes and technologies
  • Responsible for administration of the company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate card program within globally and/or a defined geographic area.
  • Coordinates all requests to initiate, cancel, or modify card accounts
  • Administers the card program to facilitate the maintenance of current account balances, to include coordination with the Card Provider, Card Holder, and/or Key Stakeholders.
  • Manages, tracks and report on the progress and development of new and/or existing Card Administrators including ongoing training as required
  • Provides standard and ad-hoc reporting to department and corporate management regarding the status of individual accounts and general program performance measures.
  • Address day-to-day Card, Payment and/or Expense related queries and escalations
  • Work closely & diligently with Card Meeting and Expense leads in delivering efficiency & effectiveness for the Card Administration processes through standardization, simplifications, and streamlining. Active participation in global and regional initiatives.
  • Work closely with our company\xe2\x80\x99s Card Strategy team, Process Excellence team and Cards Meeting and Expense team in support of the global card administration process related matters.
  • Maintain and continuously update process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures); understand global card administration related SOPs and relevant policies
  • Assist in internal/external audits to ensure all appropriate controls are being followed
  • Develop a good understanding of the overall Finance organization and broader business; build and develop network and partnerships with key Finance and business leaders across our company.
  • Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of our company\xe2\x80\x99s financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls
  • Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit or purpose of the role or as reasonably requested
Education Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 years Accounts Payable or equivalent Finance or Shared Services experience required
  • Experience in corporate payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx,) and various Card Programs (T&E, Procurement Cards, Meeting Cards, Virtual Cards etc.) including product characteristics among various Commercial Card Bank and Non-Bank Programs.
  • Advanced understanding of Card, Payment and Expense Systems (i.e. Concur Expense.)
  • Advanced skills on Bookkeeping and Accounting and/or business data analytics. Advanced Excel is preferred.
  • Language requirements: Able to speak, read & write in English, Japanese is a plus.
  • Experience in a global environment setup
