Location: KL Malaysia Employment Type: Full Time - Onsite Salary Range/Budget: TBC : We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong grasp of financial modeling and valuation techniques. Proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable, as is the flexibility to be on-call and the ability to travel as needed. In this role, the Corporate Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate finance initiatives, driving financial strategy, and enhancing shareholder value. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes regarding investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies, including capital structure optimization, funding strategies, and investment opportunities Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and stakeholders, highlighting financial performance, forecasts, and strategic implications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to guide financial planning Support the negotiation and execution of financial transactions, including due diligence processes and documentation Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes to assess potential impacts on the company\'s financial strategy Manage and maintain financial models and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect current financial scenarios Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, preparing necessary reports and documentation as required Engage in special corporate finance projects, providing analytical support and insights to drive successful outcomes Requirements Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial analysis, and financial modeling Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Willingness to travel and availability for on-call duties Professional demeanor, with a proactive and positive attitude At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field A bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
