Job Description
Position: Global and Area Training Support ExecutiveIndustry: HealthcareWorking Duration: 24 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (No extension)Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 0800 to 1700Working Address: Level 8, Block F, Oasis Square, No. 2, Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.Salary: Basic range from MYR 3500 to MYR 4500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage
- Predominantly working on data analytics and reporting of all training events globally.
- Supporting the execution process of trainings at area level and global where needed.
- Maintaining all reports and records of training related activities.
- Sending out necessary training related data and information to stakeholders of SIBG at area and global where needed.
- Minimum Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Excellent excel knowledge
- Power BI report creation
- Handling data on multiple digital platforms
- Have an excellent eye on details and data
- Ability to engage with stakeholders globally
- Good email writing skills in English
- Very proactive
- Able to work with multiple projects and tasks
- Able to attend night meetings (when needed)
