ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Global Entity Governance Manager to join our global legal team here at Xsolla! The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating legal documents for new business strategies and the legalities related to the implementation of new business ideas. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up legal entities all over the world as assigned based on business needs
• Creating project timelines and managing projects from start to finish, including communicating with team members and advisors throughout the duration of the project
• Updating and maintaining corporate entity management information on legal entities (including the state of incorporation, qualifications to do business, organizational structure, and signing authorities), entity officers and board of directors, and corporate records
• Maintaining overall entity compliance, including licensing regulations, organizing and maintaining legal and corporate documents
• Maintaining compliance calendar and corporate entity chart
• Proofreading documents and draft detailed and professional communications with the team members
• Facilitating general file organization, manage forms/templates, and obtain signatures as needed
• Liquidating procedures assistance
• Communicating with the local representative and advisors where the company has subsidiaries
• Assisting senior leadership with preparation for the board of director meetings
• Assisting with internal regulatory audits
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, whether at a law firm, in-house, or a combination of both
• Experience in the setting up and launch operations of legal entities in various countries
• Familiarity with gaming industry, payment systems, banks and fintech industry
• High project management skillsExcellent knowledge of tax compliance on transborder and intra companies operations
• Practical experience with laws and regulations around digital innovations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve and handle difficult challenges and issues with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to self-motivate and work individually, as well as with a team
• Strong time management skills to closely monitor and track your own work, as you will be interfacing with an international team and time zone differences
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects simultaneously
• English language (Advanced/C1 or higher)Excellent legal research, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, spot issues, prioritize, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
