About the Role

Our new global Excellence Center will be providing financial services and help to our internal customers. You will play a crucial role in supporting and sharing knowledge with our colleagues in DHI offices worldwide who need help with our financial systems.

You will join our newly established team that strives for excellence by setting high standards for ourselves and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities and challenges

The main responsibilities and challenges in the job are:

  • Offer support to DHI offices users worldwide in addressing incidents and requests related to our financial systems and efficiently prioritizing of these tickets.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the financial systems to replicate reported issues and assess newly implemented features.
  • Actively participate in the development and updating of user documentation (e.g., guidelines, FAQs etc.) based on frequently reported issues.
  • Engage in the administrative management of the financial systems.
  • Prepare the financial systems for Project Management courses and supporting the instructors and participants for any technical issues or difficulties.
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to our DHI users, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction. Our goal is a happy customer.
  • Collaborate closely with your team as well as global teams including Finance, HR, Business Systems and IT.
Qualifications and personal skills

We are looking for a colleague with following qualifications:
  • Educational background in finance or IT, preferably a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience with supporting and testing ERP / Business Systems.
  • Familiarity with Deltek/Maconomy will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advance analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on service.
  • A good team player who showcases an open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing. Additional language capabilities are beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
