The GFS Financial Analyst shall be driving GFS stakeholder value by setting and supporting the delivery of the Digital Finance Agenda and the delivery of challenging financial and non-financial targets within an effective and robust financial control environment. Also, supporting the development and maintenance of the medium- and long-term GFS strategy.What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Closely support the GFS Leadership team in managing;

• Monthly Financials
• FP&A controlling requirements - Monthly Forecast, Annual Budget Plan and Strategic Plan
• Partnering with GFS senior leaders to help them understand their cost drivers and pro-actively drive and implement business optimisation and efficiencies
• Support business partnering activities by ensuring the appropriate level of support is provided to the business across several productivity initiatives (automation) and improvement plans
• Identify risk and opportunities and work with the business to deliver cost saving initiatives and to ensure that available funds are directed towards the hardest hitting optimisation initiatives
• Promote best practice, and continue with business process improvements and re-engineering to drive efficiency and add value to the business
• Key financial processes including month end close, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, strategic plan, financial control and governance. Responsibility for ensuring month end is performed accurately and effectively in line with divisional policies
• Ensure MI processes are efficient and meet stakeholders\' needs and changing environment
• Co-ordinate and manage the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting process and strategic plan to ensure key deliverables are met with input from a variety of senior stakeholders (including the senior leadership team and their direct reports)

Qualifications

• 4-5 years financial planning & analysis (FPA) or cost analysis experience gained in a multi-national business in a complex, matrix environment in accordance with IFRS is highly preferred
• (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA) Qualified or in progress is a must
• Lean Six Sigma Qualified or in progress is an added advantage
