This program will help you develop exceptional commercial skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics you operate in, as well as how BAT Malaysia\'s Finance departments-Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, and Supply Chain Finance-work together to achieve outstanding business results. You may also have the opportunity to do stints in BAT\'s shared services based in Malaysia, providing you with end-to-end exposure to Finance at BAT.Be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career path to be rewarded with a Junior Management position.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Malaysian
• Graduated with Bachelor or Master\'s in a Finance focused major.
• Fresh graduate or a professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, agile, and independent
• Excellent academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.2
