About the client:
A global insurance leader offering innovative solutions, with a strong focus on customer-centric services and digital transformation in the insurance sector. Currently looking to hire a highly-paid Solution Architect to lead a project in enhancing customer experience by streamlining and automating claims processes.
Job Features:

• Freelancing Solution Architect working directly with the end client.
• Major APAC application rationalisation program based in Malaysia
• Develop Claims Solution Software end to end.

Role Duties:

• Lead the development of a Claims Solution Software for end-to-end insurance claims implementation.
• Conduct thorough assessment of business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and select the best-fit technology solutions for claims processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and execute a robust go-live plan for seamless deployment.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
• Manage project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality.

Job Requirement:

• 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture or related fields.
• Strong expertise in insurance claims systems and end-to-end implementation.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in change management and system integration.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
