Responsibilities:
- Manage online store and lead internal team to achieve sales KPI and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the “Ambassador of JetCommerce" and lead the communication between brands, platforms, and third-party service provider
- Manage fast-growing E-commerce sales of large brand owners through their online channels and initiative channel
- Work and cooperate with other departments to ensure that everything is ready for go-live: warehouse, customer service, business development, marketing, operations, design, etc.
- Ensure optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels
- Maintain customer relationships and retain consumer satisfaction
- Ensure operational performance in all areas
Work closely with the platform for an overall strategy in the platform
- Customer relationship management through effective communication and cooperation with the LAZADA / SHOPEE key function key person
