Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting and implementation projects, from planning and design to execution and post-go-live support.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business, engineering, manufacturing, and IT domains.
Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Consulting & Transformation
Drive digital transformation initiatives using
Industry X technologies
, focusing on automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
Define and implement
AS-IS to TO-BE
process transitions across engineering, MES, PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
Lead
organizational change management (OCM)
and ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
Client & Business Development
Collaborate with client leadership to identify transformation opportunities and shape value-driven business cases.
Support proposal development, solution design, and presentations to global stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting account growth initiatives.
People & Capability Development
Lead, coach, and mentor consulting and delivery teams across geographies.
Contribute to the creation of best practices, frameworks, and assets to strengthen the Industry X Smart Connected Products offering.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Relevant experience in Management Consulting, Digital Manufacturing, R&D, or Product Lifecycle Management.
Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation or technology-enabled business programs.
Strong knowledge of
MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
,
PLM
,
ERP (SAP)
, and
automation platforms
.
Demonstrated experience in
change management, stakeholder management
, and
global program governance
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1, N2, or N3)
is an
added advantage
for collaboration with Japanese clients and teams.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Smart Connected Products, Digital Twin, IoT platforms, and analytics solutions.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience managing multicultural and cross-border project teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
