  • Design and develop elements of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process on a global scale.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements and necessary changes to the global PTP process.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of suggested changes and local adaptations to the global process design.
  • Implement processes within regional finance organizations and enforce their adherence.
  • Develop recommendations for suitable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and baselines, monitoring them to optimize process changes.
  • Document all elements of the end-to-end process, including controls and KPIs, making documentation accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Finance IT Centre of Excellence to implement and ensure the correct execution of process designs and changes.
  • Provide consulting on low to medium complexity Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), cross-functional, and end-to-end issues.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of transactional finance processes, particularly the PTP process.
  • Proven track record in financial or management accounting.
  • Ability to analyse PTP business processes and provide optimization recommendations.
  • General business and operational management experience.
  • Basic technical knowledge of global and regional systems, ideally Oracle OneCloud or Oracle R12.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and divisionally.
  • Professional and fluent in English.
  • Certification in Change/Process Management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of process design methodologies, project management methodologies, and testing protocols.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in financial accounting/controlling
  • Experience in process improvement/management, and/or project management.
