This type of fraud is normally carried out through e-mails or social sites by an individual claiming to be from the company. These fraudsters often request recipients to complete employment forms requiring that you provide your personal identifying information. The scammer may even conduct an "interview" with the job seeker through a virtual conferencing platform and will often request that the job seeker make a payment as part of their fake recruiting process.How to identify Recruitment Fraud?Please note that PerkinElmer DOES NOT:

• Send job offers from free email providers such as Yahoo, Google, etc. Some scammers try to use email addresses that have PerkinElmer in the name, such as

• Request payments or any type of personal data, such as credit card information, from prospective candidates for employment.

• Require background screening on job applicants prior to being interviewed. All background screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable law and at appropriate times during the recruitment process, not prior to an interview.

• Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to site safety requirements
• Execute goals and strategy for corporate level actives based upon company\'s business objectives
• Coordinate global customer complaint activities across multiple sites which includes activities such as risk assessment, escalation, investigation, communication, and metrics maintenance
• Manage controlled documentation, training material, presentations, metrics, records - including retention and destruction
• Support a QMS, including eDMS management, audit program support, change control process execution and training material development
• Collaborate as appropriate in site processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Perform other duties necessary for the effective operation of the QMS

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Associate or equivalent
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and technical writing
• Understanding root cause analysis and Quality tools as CAPA and change control
• Participating in Management Review and its activities as compiling data, trend analysis, inputs or addressing any resulting actions
• Supporting the audit process and contributing to any external audits, as necessary

Preferred CharacteristicsPreferred Characteristics

• Experienced in a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment, preferably ISO 9001:2015
• Strong knowledge and its application in ISO 9001:2015 and the complaint handling process
• 2-5 years of experience as a Quality Systems Specialist or equivalent
• Experienced in an electronic document management system (eDMS) and training for multiple sites or applications
• Trained as an internal auditor and supporting key customer audits
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and developing strong collaboration with site leadership
