Job Description

Responsibility

1. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and the hiring teams.

2. Cooperate with the recruitment team in candidate activation, interview process optimization, and data analysis.

3. Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects.

4. Promote ByteDance/TikTok branding and ensure the best candidate experience when engaging with talents.

Qualifications

1. HR background and/or recruitment experience is preferred, or an interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn is welcomed.

2. Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.

3. Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

4. Good organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.

5. Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability.

6.Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume, and multicultural environment.

7. Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including weekends, public holidays and night shift).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
