Global Sales & Operations Support Specialist (Mandarin-speaking | Korean Company | Mont Kiara)

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Company: Seven Sun Sdn. Bhd.
Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 + RM 1,000 Korean language incentive
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Employment: Full-time (3 months probation)

What You'll Do

- Prepare and organize quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules

- Communicate with Korean HQ, clients, and suppliers (via email & WhatsApp)

- Coordinate shipping schedules and documentation

- Support Sales Director in daily operations and reporting

- Handle payment requests, documents, and file management

- Training and onboarding manuals provided -- we'll guide you step by step

Who We're Looking For

- Proficient in English (spoken & written)

- Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

- Korean language proficiency earns RM 1,000 incentive

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized

- Familiar with Google Docs, Excel, and email communication

- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)

- Immediate starters preferred
