Attractive additional benefitsPosition SummaryWe are currently looking for a highly competent Global Sustainability Procurement Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Panama City, Panama, reporting directly to the Sustainability Acceleration Team Lead within the ESG Procurement function at Nestrade.
Your main responsibility will be to look for and drive opportunities for our different Procurement spend categories to ensure implementation of our Net Zero Roadmap commitments globally. Ultimately to support reaching the sustainability targets on time, on cost and on benefit.

  • Implement Carbon Reduction projects and Regenerative Agriculture projects with our Global Procurement Managers and Suppliers.
  • Be a driving force to coach, support and train the Nestrade community in our journey to Net Zero.
  • Work closely with Procurement Managers to ensure the implementation of our Net Zero Roadmap, identify new GHG reduction projects, perform data analysis, and support the implementation of sustainability strategies.
  • Represent Procurement in different sustainability meetings. Manage internal communication.
  • Build network within Procurement and other functions to accelerate the transformation towards Net Zero Carbon and Regenerative Agriculture.
  • Track project progress and milestones with suppliers through different financial and environmental KPIs (e.g. GHG reduction, % Volume RegenAg) and reporting systems (Vendor Portal/ Service Now/ PowerBI).
What will make you successful
  • University degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics.
  • Multiple years\' experience in a sustainability/procurement/project manager role linked to agriculture or the food and beverages industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in other business-related areas like sales, supply chain, procurement, finance will be a great asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization.
  • Being proactive in spotting opportunities, risks and driving change - comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Being highly structured and well organized.
  • Fluency in English, any other language will be an asset.
